Cutting foams with hot wire is time-consuming work with low success rate. This is why we had to develop simulator to predict exact result out of this machine. This will applied to 4-axis CNC hot wire machine of rotation axis plate which really needs accurate syncronization and simulation for precisely cutting free form volume. Logics are under development for visualizing the effect of combining linear and circular movement to make generic surface of free form.
